Mindset Mastery 6-Week Breakthrough

We run both a Fitness Studio in Stratford Upon Avon as well as an Online Coaching program for people born in the 60s, 70s and 80s to confidently get back in the driving seat of their health and fitness for good. 

Week 1

Learn to meditate like a pro and VISUALISE your future self in control

Week 2

Relaxation meditation and new affirmations to reform your most limiting beliefs

Week 3

Activation meditation to wake up your deepest desire and create compelling goals and actions

Week 4

Meditation and deep relaxation techniques to restore and assist sleep and recovery

Week 5

Meditation and be thankful and grateful for what we deeply appreciate. 

Week 6

Meditation and your self-talk and new narrative now you are back at the wheel. 

THE PROGRAM

Each week we meet online for 45 minutes. We will meditate for 15 minutes and refine your ability to quieten and relax your mind, it takes practice. We’ll then work through 6 different topics over the course. The object isn’t to learn what these techniques and strategies are but immediate apply them and build momentum through the 6 weeks.

Your guiding experts

Both Allison and Darren have more than 30 years industry experience each. They provide expert guidance based on the latest science and psychology to ensure there is no stone unturned in the quest to truly transform their clients health and wellbeing. In fact, quite frankly it is impossible to fail once clients begin!

Gen-X Coach

Darren Tebbenham, BSc, MSc

Darren has a degree in sport & exercise science, masters in psychology and has worked as a coach and trainer in the UK, Australia and in Europe for more than 30 years.

 

He was formerly a lecturer at the University of Liverpool and is a trainer of trainers having taught more than 3000 health and fitness professionals from more than 30 different countries around the world. 

Darren is also a meditation instructor, experienced personal trainer and life coach and believes the rich combination of knowing and doing offers the best route to lasting success in any endeavour.

Gen-X Coach

Allison Rumgay, BA

Allison has a degree in sport & exercise science and is a certified menopause weight loss coach.

 

As a mum of three and business owner she has recently navigated the whole menopause transition herself coming out the other end, fitter, healthier and happier than ever before. 

 

Allison has more than 30 years experience as a personal trainer and women's nutrition coach and so is very aware of the trials and tribulations of everyday life that often get in the way. 

Her secret power is giving people the confidence to take back control!
